Anyone who accesses this website assumes the role of user, agreeing to the observance and strict compliance of provisions set out here, as well as any other legal provisions that may be applicable. Through the Website, we offer Users the possibility of accessing information about our educational services.
3. PRIVACY AND DATA PROCESSING
When it is necessary to provide personal data in order to access certain content or services, Users will guarantee its truthfulness, accuracy, authenticity and validity. The company will process this data in an automated manner according to its nature or purpose, in the terms indicated in the Privacy Policy section.
4. INDUSTRIAL AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The User acknowledges and accepts that all the content shown on the Web Space and in particular, designs, texts, images, logos, icons, buttons, software, trade names, brands, or any other signs susceptible to industrial and/or commercial use are subject to Intellectual Property rights and all brands, trade names or distinctive signs, all industrial and intellectual property rights over the content and/or any other elements inserted in the page, which are the exclusive property of the company and/or third parties, who have the exclusive right to use them in economic traffic. Therefore, the User agrees not to reproduce, copy, distribute, make available or in any other way publicly communicate, transform or modify such content, holding the company harmless from any claim arising from the breach of such obligations. Under no circumstances does access to the Web Space imply any kind of waiver, transfer, licence or total or partial assignment of such rights, unless expressly stated otherwise. These Terms and Conditions of Use of the Web Space do not grant Users any other right to use, alter, exploit, reproduce, distribute or publicly communicate the Web Space and/or its Content other than those explicitly stated herein. Any other use or exploitation of any rights will be subject to the prior and express authorisation specifically granted for that purpose by the company or the third party holder of the rights concerned. The content, texts, photographs, designs, logos, images, computer programmes, source codes and, in general, any intellectual creation existing in this Space, as well as the Space itself as a whole, as a multimedia artistic work, is protected as a copyright by the legislation on intellectual property. The company is the owner of the elements that make up the graphic design of the Web Space, menus, navigation buttons, HTML code, texts, images, textures, graphics and any other content of the Web Space or, in any case, has the corresponding authorisation for the use of these elements. It is also forbidden to delete, evade and/or manipulate the "copyright" as well as the technical protection devices, or any information mechanisms that the content may contain. The User of this Web Space agrees to respect the aforementioned rights and to avoid any action that could damage them, and in any case the company reserves the right to exercise any means or take any legal action in defence of its legitimate intellectual and industrial property rights.
5. OBLIGATIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE WEB SPACE USER
The User agrees to:
a. Appropriately and lawfully use the Web Space as well as of the content and services, in accordance with: (i) the legislation applicable at any given time; (ii) the Terms and Conditions of Use of the Web Space; (iii) the moral and generally accepted good customs and (iv) public order.
b. Equip themselves with all the means and technical requirements needed to access the Web Space.
c. Provide truthful information when filling in the forms contained in the Web Space with their personal data and to keep them updated at all times so that they correspond, at all times, to the User's real situation. The User will be solely liable for any false or inaccurate statements made and any damage caused to the company or third parties by the information provided. Notwithstanding the provisions of the previous section, the User must also refrain from:
a. Making unauthorised or fraudulent use of the Web Space and/or its content for purposes that are illicit, prohibited by these Terms and Conditions of Use, harmful to the rights and interests of third parties, or that may in any way damage, render useless, overload, deteriorate or prevent the normal use of the services or the documents, files and all types of content stored on any computer.
b. Accessing or attempting to access resources or restricted areas of the Web Space, without fulfilling the conditions required for such access.
c. Causing damage to the physical or logical systems of the Web Space, its suppliers or third parties.
d. Introducing or disseminating, through the network, computer viruses or any other physical or logical systems that may cause damage to the physical or logical systems of the company, suppliers or third parties.
e. Attempting to access, use and/or manipulate the data of the company, third party suppliers and other Users.
f. Reproducing or copying, distributing, allowing public access through any form of public communication, transforming or modifying the content, unless you have the authorisation of the owner of the corresponding rights or it is legally permitted.
g. Deleting, hiding or manipulating the notes on intellectual or industrial property rights and other data identifying the rights of the company or third parties incorporated into the content, as well as the technical protection devices or any information mechanisms that may be inserted into the content.
h. Obtaining and trying to obtain the content using means or procedures other than those which, depending on the case, have been made available for this purpose or have been expressly indicated on the web pages where the content is located or, in general, those normally used on the Internet as they do not pose any risk of damage or of being rendered useless to the Web Space and/or the content.
i. In particular, and including but not limited to, the User agrees not to transmit, disseminate or make available to third parties information, data, content, messages, graphics, drawings, sound and/or image files, photographs, recordings, software and, in general, any kind of material that:
• In any way that is contrary to, disregards or violates fundamental rights and public freedoms recognised by the constitution, international treaties and other legislation in force.
• Induces, incites or promotes criminal, denigrating, defamatory or violent actions or, in general, actions contrary to the law, morals, generally accepted good customs or public order.
• Induces, incites or promotes discriminatory actions, attitudes or thoughts on the basis of sex, race, religion, beliefs, age or condition.
• Incorporates, makes available or allows access to products, elements, messages and/or services that are criminal, violent, offensive, harmful, degrading or, in general, contrary to the law, morality and generally accepted good customs or public order. Induces or may induce an unacceptable state of anxiety or fear.
• Induces or incites to get involved in dangerous, risky or harmful practices for health and psychic balance.
• Is protected by the legislation on intellectual or industrial protection belonging to the company or to third parties without the intended use having been authorised.
• Is contrary to the honour, personal and family privacy or self-image of people.
• Constitutes any kind of advertising.
• Includes any type of virus or programme that prevents the normal functioning of the Web Space.
If, in order to access any of the services and/or content of the Web Space, you are provided with a password, you are obliged to use it diligently, keeping it secret at all times. Accordingly, you will be responsible for its proper safe-keeping and confidentiality, agreeing not to cede it to third parties, either temporarily or permanently, nor to allow access to the mentioned services and/or content by external parties. You also agree to notify the company of any event that may lead to the improper use of your password, such as, but not limited to, its theft, loss or unauthorised access, with a view to immediately proceed with its cancellation. Accordingly, until such notice is given, the company will be exempt from any liability that may arise from the improper use of your password, being your responsibility any illicit use of the content and/or services of the Web Space by any illegitimate third party. If, in a negligent or fraudulent manner, you fail to comply with any of the obligations set out in these Terms and Conditions of Use, you will be liable for all the damages that may be caused to the company as a result of such failure.
6. LIABILITIES
Continuous access is not guaranteed, nor the correct viewing, downloading or use of the elements and information contained on the website that may be prevented, hindered or interrupted by factors or circumstances beyond our control. No liability is assumed for the decisions that could be taken as a result of access to the content or information offered.
The service may be interrupted, or the relationship with the User may be immediately terminated, if a use of its Web Space, or of any of the services offered therein, is detected that is contrary to these Terms and Conditions of Use. We are not liable for any damages, losses, claims or expenses arising from the use of the Web Space. We will only be liable for removing, as soon as possible, content that may cause such damage, provided that this is notified. In particular, we will not be liable for any damages that may arise from, among other things:
a. interference, interruptions, failures, omissions, telephone breakdowns, delays, blockages or disconnections in the
operation of the electronic system caused by deficiencies, overloads and errors in the telecommunications
lines and networks, or by any other cause beyond the control of the company.
b. illegitimate intromissions through the use of malignant programmes of any type and through any means
of communication, such as computer viruses or any other.
c. improper or inappropriate abuse of the Web Space.
d. security or navigation errors caused by a malfunction of the browser or by the use of outdated versions of the browser. The web space administrator reserves the right to remove, in whole or in part, any content or information present on the Web Space.
The company is exempt from any liability for damages of any kind that may be due to the misuse of the services freely available and use by the Web Space Users. It is also exonerated from any responsibility for the content and information that may be received as a result of the data collection forms, these being only for the provision of consultation services and questions. On the other hand, in the event of damage caused by the illegal or incorrect use of these services, the
User may be held liable for the damage caused. You will hold the company harmless against any damages arising from claims, actions or demands by third parties as a result of your access to or use of the Web Space. You also agree to indemnify against any damages, derived from your use of "robots", "spiders", "crawlers" or similar tools used for the purpose of collecting or extracting data or any other action that imposes an unreasonable burden on the operation of the Web Space.
7. HYPERLINKS
The User agrees not to reproduce in any way, even by means of a hyperlink, the Web Space, and none of its content, unless expressly authorised in writing by the data controller. The Web Space may include links to other web spaces, managed by third parties, in order to facilitate the User's access to information from collaborating and/or sponsoring companies. In accordance with this, the company is not responsible for the content of said Web Spaces, nor does it place itself in a position of guarantor and/or offering party of the services and/or information that may be offered to third parties through third party links. The User is granted a limited, revocable and non-exclusive right to create links to the home page of the Web Space exclusively for private and non-commercial use. The Web Spaces that include a link to our Web Space (i) may not falsify their relationship or affirm that such a link has been authorised, nor include brands, denominations, trade names, logos or other distinctive signs of our company; (ii) may not include content that may be considered in bad taste, obscene, offensive, controversial, inciting violence or discrimination based on sex, race or religion, contrary to public order or illegal; (iii) may not link to any page of the Web Space other than the home page; (iv) must link to the address of the Web Space itself, without allowing the Web Space that makes the link to reproduce the Web Space as part of its website or within one of its frames or to create a browser on any of the pages of the Web Space. The company may, at any time, request the removal of any link to the Web Space, after which it must immediately proceed with its removal. The company cannot control the information, content, products or services provided by other Web Spaces that have established links to the Web Space.
8. DATA PROTECTION
To use some of the Services, the User must first provide certain personal data. The

compliance with the RGPD, LOPDGDD and LSSI. The User can access the policy followed in the treatment of data
personal, as well as the establishment of the previously established purposes, under the conditions defined in the
Privacy Policy.
9. COOKIES
The company reserves the right to use cookie technology on the Web Space, in order to recognise you as a frequent User and personalise your use of the Web Space by pre-selecting your language, or more desired or specific content. The cookies collect the user's IP address and Google is responsible for processing this information. Cookies are files sent to a browser, through a web server, to register the User's browsing on the Web Space, when the User allows their reception. If you wish, you can configure your browser to warn you on screen of the reception of cookies and to prevent the installation of cookies on your hard drive. 10. REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES
In general, the content and services offered on the Web Space are purely informative. Consequently, by offering them, no warranty or representation is granted in relation to the content and services offered on the Web Space, including, but not limited to, warranties of legality, reliability, usefulness, truthfulness, accuracy, or marketability, except to the extent that such representations and warranties cannot be excluded by law.
11. FORCE MAJEURE
The company will not be liable in all cases of inability to provide services, if this is due to prolonged interruptions of the electricity supply, telecommunications lines, social conflicts, strikes, rebellion, explosions, floods, acts and omissions of the Government, and in general all cases of force majeure or acts of God.
12. DISPUTE RESOLUTION. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
This Terms and Conditions of Use, as well as the use of the Web Space, will be governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute, the parties will submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the head office of the website manager. In the event that any stipulation of these Terms and Conditions of Use should prove to be unenforceable or invalid by virtue of applicable legislation or as a result of a judicial or administrative ruling, such unenforceability or invalidity will not render these Terms and Conditions of Use unenforceable or invalid in its entirety. In such cases, the company will proceed to modify or replace the stipulation with another that is valid and enforceable and that, where possible, achieves the objective and intent reflected in the original stipulation.
